Booking and cancellation conditions
When booking a room, an invoice is issued for an advance payment of 30% of the cost for the entire stay.
Full payment is made on the day of arrival

In case of cancellation of the reservation earlier than 14 days before arrival - the advance payment is not refundable.

Refunds in case of early departure are at the discretion of the hotel administration.

The price includes: accommodation in the selected room category, use of the swimming pool, barbecue area, equipped beach from June 1 to September 20, a children's playground, and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The guesthouse also provides complimentary cribs for children under 4 years old upon request.

Services for an additional fee:
3 meals a day at a price of 1200 rubles / person.

It is possible to order breakfast (500 rubles/person), lunch (500 rubles/person) or dinner (500 rubles/person) separately

Additional places and discounts.
Additional place (Euro folding bed) is provided in all room categories (except for 1-bed), the cost of accommodation on an additional place is 700 rubles.

Children under 3 years old without a bed and meals are accepted free of charge with payment of utilities in the amount of 300 rubles/day
