Booking and cancellation conditions

When booking a room, an invoice is issued for a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the cost for the entire period of stay.
Full payment is due on the day of arrival

In case of cancellation of the reservation earlier than 14 days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.

Refunds in case of early departure are at the discretion of the hotel administration.

Not subject to VAT.
Included in the price:
- accommodation, breakfast from 01.06-16.09. apart from apartments

Services for an additional fee:
- 3 meals a day at a price of 1050 rubles / person. It is possible to order separately breakfast (350 rubles/person), lunch (350 rubles/person) or dinner (350 rubles/person) NET PRICE.
- Additional places and discounts. Extra bed (euro folding bed), the cost of accommodation on an extra bed is 700 rubles. Children under 3 years without
accommodation and meals are accepted free of charge with payment of utilities in the amount of 250 rubles / day NET PRICE.
Check-out time: check-in from 13:00, check-out until 11:00.
