This consent governs the legal relations in the field of personal data processing between the Rossi Boutique Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) and the guest who provides their data for processing when booking a room on the website http://marikon.ru/

1. In order to fulfill the requirements of paragraph 3 of Art. 3 of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ “On Personal Data” I give my consent to the Hotel to process my personal data, namely: last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, citizenship, passport data, registration address, address of residence, registration date, phone number, email address, bank card number, passport validity.

2. This consent to the processing of personal data is given by me for the purpose of booking a room, registration and accommodation at the Hotel, as well as for the purpose of conducting market research, sending promotional offers and information messages.

3. During the processing of my personal data by the Hotel, the following actions can be taken: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer to the Federal Migration Registration authorities, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data from the hotel information systems.

4. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn by me by sending a written review to the Hotel or by handing in an application for the withdrawal of personal data against receipt to an authorized person of the Hotel.

5. In case of withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data, the Hotel has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent only in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Hotel using automation tools and without using such tools.

7. This consent is valid until the day of its withdrawal in writing.
